Actual Conversation between Jill and a phone customer:

Customer: Where are you located?
Jill: in Illinois
Customer: Oh, I have relatives that live there in Detroit. Oh wait, that’s in Michigan never mind.

Jill wonders about the mental capacity of this customer and the call continues …

Later…

Customer: Oh, by the way where are you at?
Jill answers again: In Illinois
Customer: Oh my mother had some relatives originally from there, but she’s dead now and I don’t want to talk about that anyway.

Conversations like that make me afraid to leave my house!
